While I continue to prepare my holidays in France, here is an anecdote which I think really worth it. Since Sunday, impossible to reserve a return  with my Air France miles. Having even paid taxes, my ‘caution please mate..nothing sure!’booking disappeared again today. Not very satisfied, I try to call the air France  service in France. Besides the cost of the call (gloops!), this call(  was not very sensible because operator was the clear, concise: ‘ needs to see with Air France USA Sir .You live in the BVI, thus you depend on them …can surely resolve the problem. Have good day ‘.And back to the start:evil: Well, armed with patience (while I really have a lot to do which explains that I was a little bit absent, I call AF US and silly (not to use another term beginning  by sh*) I pressed the touch ‘ want to continue in French ‘ and there, I fall on a Canadian operator.. God knows that I appreciate  my cousins of Nouvelle France (they are quite a few on the island) but this time,  it was just a nightmare: I had to ask to my interlocutor to repeat everything  two-three times what she said   because I just understood nothing!! I shall be unrefined by saying that I had the impression to sound like Laurent Gerra imitating Céline Dion but regrettably, it was close to the reality. As Aryane will say(she’s Quebecer of the BVI) ‘ the advantage of the Quebecers, it is that we understand what you say but you, you understand  nothing when we talk ‘!
In brief, case is closed, my account charged  $150CA for the French taxes and  there is emergency for me  to improve my quebecois. It is a fact!

While Ingrid is now free, while Nicolas keeps on messing around, while Gal Cuche just resigns, here is news that could not really matter..Nop : my half brother just has his degree..First, that ’s the kind of news that make you feel good and two, just want to say to the rest of the internet how proud I am of you :)

Monday off ’cause it’s territory day ;) … Cool indeed as after Atlanta, Gorda, I will spend my week end on St Thomas, for eating as much as I can sushis, shopping (this time useful) and basically relax with my mate Stuart. I promise to be very reasonable after that as our next big trip/holidays is planned for August..in France ;)

Update : Was really cool but something interesting to note if you think about coming to BVI and then visit Usvi at the same time on a saturday : bad idea as a lot of traffic in St Thomas and one hour and half to go through customs(well, 5 ferries = a very very long waiting queue)
